Subscription Terms

Ordering and Payment

When you subscribe to our coffee delivery service:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You authorize us to process recurring payments according to your selected frequency
• Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement

Delivery

We deliver coffee within Belgium. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control.

Modification and Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

Modifications take effect with your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.

Product Quality and Freshness

We roast all coffee to order and ship within 48 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness. Once delivered, coffee is best consumed within 4-6 weeks of the roast date printed on the package.

Store coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, we do not accept returns of opened packages.

If you receive damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence of the issue
• We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Café L'Aura and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:
